Abstract

The complexity of e-learning is related to the need for integration with the companies learning strategy, the organisation and IT-structure to become successful. To guide this process an e-learning strategy is needed. This paper focuses on the first step in the Corporate E-learning Strategy model (CES-model), which is the analysis phase. The analysis framework has been developed on the basis of theory, long year experiences and the notion that content and technology are important success factors.
